Please join us for another wonderful opportunity to learn mbira with Chartwell Dutiro in the beautiful West Kootenay mountains. We will gather together in community, play Shona music, eat wholesome food and learn mbira, singing and hosho. All skill levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced.
The event will be happening in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada from 11-15 October 2014.
EARLY BIRD registration deadline is July 1st – $525 Lodge/$475 Cabin
After July 1st – $600 Lodge/$550 Cabin
Fee includes 4 days of small group lessons with Chartwell Dutiro, home-cooked meals and 4 nights of accommodations. There will be a traditional Zimbabwean meal and also a Thanksgiving turkey dinner!
